My name is Poyi and I'm an artist from Taiwan. I was fortunate to be immersed in the world of art when growing up. My father is an artist (traditional drawing & painting) and my parents owned a gallery for the better part of my childhood. Most of my favorite toys were art supplies and that inspired me to create art since I can hold a brush.
Fast forward to college, I came to the U.S. to pursue higher education and eventually graduated with an Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. While studying and tinkering with various methods to make art, I fell in love with using computers as a medium to create art. That lead me down a path to become a graphic designer and I've been designing graphics and user experiences for numerous companies and clients throughout the past decade. While I am not designing software user experiences, I continued to play with different approaches to create art and I'm currently honing my skills in creating generative as well as 3-dimensional artworks.
Very recently, I discovered Non-Fungible Tokens and started to convert my works to NFTs. I also started to collect NFTs myself and I strives to become a better artist every day and eventually become a collector.
